About Paul Wetherall

I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years now. Prior to becoming a personal trainer I was a professional football player at Reading FC and remain a keen advocate of the sport. I have a wealth of experience including Gym Management for a leading health club for over 10 years! During such time my Personal Training business has flourished which has led to the opening of my new Facility which includes a Gym, Studio and Treatment room.

Here’s a little bit about each of them:

Rosie Wetherall

I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and a nutritionist for 6 years now. Fitness and health has always been a big part of my life from when I began gymnastics at the age of 5 up until 17 years old – I competed in many national competitions over the years. Helping people become a happier and healthier version of themselves has always been a passion of mine. I have ran women only bootcamps over the years and plan to continue this in the spring and summer months.


As well as offering a 1-2-1 personal training service at YourBodyGuru gym I have an online nutrition and fitness female only coaching business which allows me to train anyone all over the world. This is operated via app where clients can follow their tailored plan as well as track all progress and activity.

Caroline is now taking on new personal training clients at YourBodyGuru gym.


‘I’ve always enjoyed exercise even from an early age. These days it allows me to keep active and injury-free, so for me, it is an enjoyable necessity, and it can be for you too. It’s just a question of finding what’s right to achieve your goals.’


Qualifications: Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 3 Nutrition, Level 3 Exercise Referral, and 3rd Degree Taekwondo black belt.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 8 years now. After working in a private health club, I have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience that allowed me to start my own private PT business.
