We have devised the perfect Bikini plan for those of you looking to get into a Bikini this summer! The plan includes a wide variety of gym sessions to suit all abilities, home workouts (which require no equipment) and meal plans (based around fat loss and toning) The plan has been so well thought out that if you follow step by step and day by day you will get that bikini body you wanted in the next 12 weeks ready for the summer!!! You will receive pictures with each exercise, exact amounts of foods to consume and education along the way so you can learn a little bit about fitness and nutrition.
